Welcome Aqtivators, to Season 1! This is the next chapter in the AQTIS journey, and we’re very glad you’re here. In this blog post, we’ll be taking you through what’s inside Season 1, what new features are coming up, and why this is our biggest season yet!
What are AQTIS Seasons?
What do we mean by a Season? AQTIS will every few months, release a new season in the AQTIS story.
In each season, there will be new features, new tools, and new ways of building your financial future inside the AQTIS ecosystem. It’s a helpful way of arranging our roadmap, but it’s also a great way for you to keep track of all the things going on.
Plus, each season will have different rewards for the most active community members.
Season 1: Nebula
In Season 1, things are changing. For those of you who took part in Season 0, you’ll be familiar with the look and feel of AQTIS. But in this season, the brand is getting an upgrade.
We’re moving through the wormhole mesh of Season 0, out into the DeFi universe. This is why we’ve named Season 1 Nebula.
A nebula is a giant cloud of dust and gas in space. Some nebulae (more than one nebula) come from the gas and dust thrown out by the explosion of a dying star, such as a supernova. Other nebulae are regions where new stars are beginning to form.
We believe this captures the essence of Season 1: the start of something new for AQTIS and DeFi more broadly. We believe what we’ve built will change how we think about decentralized finance and Web3.
We’ll go into more detail about what Season 1 entails further down, but for now, Season 1 is the culmination of years of work at AQTIS. Years of building our Quant Tech, of building the right team to take this forward, and building relationships with partners to help ensure we can keep growing and providing new technology for our users.
We can’t wait to show you what’s inside Season 1.
What’s in Season 1?
- Rebrand — AQTIS has been given a complete makeover, thanks to our super-talented in-house design team. We’ve gone for a more minimal approach that allows the brand to grow and expand through the seasons.
- New Website — Cleaner, simpler, easier to navigate. The new website will be your launchpad into the AQTIS ecosystem.
- dApp Launch — the home of AQTIS LSTs. Our new dApp, which you can access through the AQTIS website, will allow you to buy our LSTs and monitor them from our dashboard.
- LST Launch — We’ll be launching three LSTs in Season 1. Each has its own unique properties and capabilities.
- Private Yield Function — We’ve teamed up with one of our key partners, to help deliver yield privately, away from prying eyes.
- Extended Wallet support — We’ve made it easier to connect to the AQTIS dApp. In Season 1 you’ll be able to connect to AQTIS using either MetaMask, RainbowWallet and xDeFi
- Merch — Did someone say Merch? As part of our rebrand we’re going to be developing a line of merch. Watch this space.
- NFT Loyalty Program — We’re unveiling new tasks, and ways to take part in the AQTIS community, along with a whole new range of NFTs and rewards. We’ll share details of this in another post. But we think you’re going to love it.
- Partnerships — We’re teaming with class leading projects in the crypto and AI space to help take AQTIS to the next level.
- AQTIS Easter Eggs — we’ll be releasing new features and easter eggs across the season so make sure you’re following us on all our social channels. Details below!
How long will Season 1 last?
We aim to make each season last between 10–15 weeks, plenty of time to earn rewards and play with all the new features we’ll be releasing.
Once we have confirmed the end date, we’ll share it with the community, and of course, drop a few hints of what might be coming in Season 2!
